Creative Writing - Competition

Using the photo on the link below, create your own story. The story can be about anything you like. Make sure that you check and edit your work once you have finished. Please send your stories in to me. I will be selecting a 'Star Author' who will receive a prize.

During the afternoon Zoon meeting, you will have the opportunity to give a book recommendation. I will also read a section of our class book.

After the meeting, you have a choice of activities. I will explain these tasks in more detail during the meeting.

Using the story that you created earlier, design a book cover or draw (paint/colour) some of the characters. As you are doing this, you might want to listen to an audiobook on the link below.

Create a comic or freeze frame of a scene from your favourite book. 

Reading Photo

Take a picture of yourself reading your favourite book and send it in to me. I will share these in tomorrow's Zoom meeting.
